The hotel enjoys an excellent location, just a short walk from the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the stay. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. For travelers arriving by car, it's worth noting that a Crit'Air Vignette is required to drive through the city centre, a detail we discovered somewhat late. Consequently, we opted to park our vehicle at a P&R located outside the city and used the tram for convenient access into the city center, proving to be a hassle-free alternative.

The hotel is in a very good neighborhood of Strasbourg. It is safe and secure. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Altough the room is not very big, was enough to stay. Heating was perfect. The breakfast in the hotel was awesome and there were a lot of choices in the buffet. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel is well located, 20 min walk from European Institutions and 10 min from the cathedral. Now in January the heating was working really well. The staff is always friendly and overall it offers value for money.

We liked the staff and how nice they were. There was no water in the breakfast and when asking for it, they brought it right away. It was just clean and okay for just sleeping. Cozy bed (we were two and fitting alright) and warm with the heating on.

We really liked the hotel; it's very close to the train station within walking distance. We explored all the tourist attractions with just 2-3 stops, as everything is conveniently located nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful. We would have been pleased if there were slippers in the room. The hotel is large and beautiful; we especially liked the building. The room was adequately sized and provided coffee and tea facilities.

The hotel is lovely and the Brazilian receptionist was friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was complete and varied, in a clean and neat area. Room was comfortable. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave the bags in their care after check out, at no charge. We made same-day reservations, and they accommodated us with no problems. Area is so nice to walk around and it front of a park.
